I was looking at my Instagram account and saw I had someone who liked a picture I posted and started following me. So I looked at their account and mostly it was a woman's face as she spoke to the camera. The numerous posts were almost all close up videos. I listened to some of them and realized she was just talking to the camera and sharing what was up with her. It dawned on me that I could do that. Instead of sitting at my desk reading quotes and commenting upon them I can move around and share my oservations, experiences, ideas and thoughts about the secrets of life. 

It occured to me I could be embarassed that I didn't already realize I had created a wall where it need not be. But I was happily inspired and glad to learn and re-learn something. There is more than one way to do something.  That is probably a lesson we all need to learn and re-learn again and again. Or maybe just me.
